Celebration Inquiry form must be completed with your desired date and preferences. A Celebration party planner will contact you usually within 2 business days to check availability. Please note that your celebration is not confirmed until payment for the celebration package is processed.
15 tickets included in every celebration packaged. Celebration Tickets are non-refundable, but valid for one year after your celebration date. Everyone attending the celebration needs a ticket including Celebration host and birthday child. Additional tickets available for purchase at a discounted rate.
Celebrations and entertainment options are reserved based upon availability. Once a time slots are finalized, they may not be changed due to conflicts with other celebrations or scheduled park programming.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Happy Hollow members receive 10% off celebrations packages and in-house catering.
Community members receive an additional 5% off in-house catering.
In-house catering requires a $50 minimum food purchase.??All in-house catering options include earth-friendly serving ware; napkins, cups, plates, forks, spoons, and knives are included, along with condiments.
If your celebration guests have special dietary needs, or you are looking for something else not offered on our menu, the “Self-Catering” food option may be right for you. Bring your own food for a self-catering fee of $100. All self-catered food items must be fully prepared and cooked prior to arriving at Happy Hollow. Outside food vendors are permitted with prior approval from Celebrations Team.
In circumstances when strict dietary needs affect 10% or fewer members of the party, Happy Hollow will waive the self-catering fee and permit the party to bring in food that addresses their dietary requirements. Food item must be disclosed as well as the proposed amount of food that will be brought to receive approval.
No gel sternos
No amplified music
No smoking or vaping
No sporting equipment (unless it is a gift)
No outside entertainment, including jump houses
Cancellations 30 calendar days or more before the scheduled party:
Fully refundable (Includes tickets, celebration plans, food, and extras)
$10 refund processing fee applies.
Cancellations between 29 to 8 calendar days before the scheduled party:
Partially Refundable (Including tickets, celebration plans, food, and extras)
$85 cancellation fee.
Cancellations of 7 calendar days or less before the scheduled party:
Pre-purchased celebration tickets are non-refundable, but good for one year and will be mailed or picked up at the part hosts discretion.
Please be advised that Happy Hollow is prominently an outdoor facility and may be affected by a variety of weather conditions such as rain, wind, and temperature which should be considered prior to booking a party. Happy Hollow does not issue refunds due to weather unless the facility closes on the day of the event.
Should Happy Hollow close due to inclement weather, a full refund will be given which, at the celebrations host’s choice, may include admission tickets.
In the event of rain without necessary park closure, Happy Hollow will provide a canopy in your area.
When rain is projected more than 60% the week of your celebration you will have 48 hours before your scheduled celebration before to re-schedule or cancel your celebration with a full refund. You must get in contact with a celebration party planner before noon.
Certain rides and attractions cannot operate during rainy weather (e.g. Danny the Dragon, Dragon Flyers, and Kiddie Swings).
